Is Telehealth Right for You?
Most skin concerns can be effectively assessed and managed via teledermatology. Our process involves:
-
A detailed history of your skin concern
-
Review of clear photos (uploaded securely)
-
A live video consultation with a dermatologist
-
A written management plan and prescription if needed
-
Coordination with your local doctor or pharmacy when appropriate
If a condition requires an in-person procedure, biopsy, or specialist imaging, we’ll guide you through the next steps and work with your GP to arrange follow-up locally.
Not Sure if We Can Help?
If you're unsure whether your concern is suitable for a virtual consultation, our friendly team is happy to advise before you book. Many patients are surprised at how much we can achieve with a telehealth appointment — especially with clear photos and a thorough discussion.
How to Book
You can book an appointment directly online — no referral is needed. However, if you wish to claim a Medicare rebate, you’ll need a valid referral from your GP or another specialist. Referrals can be addressed to Domain Dermatology or to a specific dermatologist.
We’re here to make the process as simple and supportive as possible.
